Lecture by an associate director of the Getty Research Institute

On December 6th (Wed), a lecture by Kathleen Salomon, associate director of the Getty Research Institute (GRI) was conducted, and I joined in it.

The lecture was "Broadening our horizons: the Getty Research Institute and the dissemination of art research information internationally", and she showed the history of the Getty Research Library, and introduced the current global approaches and dissemination of international research information.

This lecture is related to our project, integrated studies of cultural and research resources, and so I joined in it. I was very stimulated with the active dissemination of research information through resource digitization by GRI, even though I'm not very familiar with this field. How can we collaborate our Japanese team's plans with GRI projects? We've got many assiginments by this lecture.
